Final Sale Policy
All sales of catalogue prints on our website are final. Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been delivered, the sale cannot be canceled or refunded. This policy ensures the protection of our intellectual property, as digital files cannot be returned and provide instant access to the original design.

File Formats
Our catalogue prints are provided in PDF, JPG, and PNG formats in RGB color mode. If you need a different format, please request it either before making your purchase or include your request in the notes box at checkout. Please note that layered source files are available at an additional cost and must be requested before purchase.

Customization Options
We offer minor customizations, such as adjusting the scale of a design or incorporating a client’s logo into the print (as long as it doesn't compromise the design). These requests should be made before purchase to ensure feasibility and to confirm any additional costs. Customization requests are typically addressed within 2-7 working days, depending on the complexity of the request.

Resolution of Issues
If there are any issues with the delivered files, such as corruption or mistakes, please contact us at info@sv-patternstudio.com within two weeks of your purchase, including your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will review each case individually and work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Usage Rights
When you purchase a digital print from our website, you are granted exclusive commercial rights to use the design. This means the design will not be sold to any other clients. However, as the original author, I retain the rights to the prints. Clients are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or donate the design.
